Attraction of Sea Beaches

HAVING sea beaches Goa is the place of attraction among tourists. After start of the Konkan Railway service reaching here has become easy and comfortable.

Meeramar Beach which is 3 km from Panji is laden with Golden sand. The coconut and palm tree presents a beautiful scene. You can enjoy boating here. In the night you can enjoy group dance on famous band.

Kalangut Beach is situated at a distance of 16 km from Panji is called the Queen of beaches of Goa. During March to May this place remains full with tourists. Covering 28 km area this beach is one of the famous beaches on the world. There are cottages and resorts around this beach. You can enjoy various water sports here.

Bagator Beach is famous because here the water level is low and the area is surrounded by stones. The tourists who can't swim enjoy taking bath here. you can also see Chhapora Fort from here.

Donapaula is famous for the love story of two lovers who suicide here after jumping from the hill.

Kolawa Beach is comes at number two position after Kalangut Beach where the tourists prefer to visit. This is situated around 6 km from Madgaon.

Mahavir Zoo is one of the tourist attraction place beside beaches, churches and temples. Tourists come here to see Doodhsagar Fall.

You can visit here from October to May. But the second week of December is also the best time to visit here because of Christmas.
