Jaipur JAIPUR the capital of Rajasthan, beside having historical importance is the symbol of modernity also. This pink city is called the Paris of India. Surrounded by the Aravali hills from three sides Jaipur was developed systematically by the King Jai Singh (II) in the year 1727. Jal Mahal situated on the road leading to Amer Fort looks like a lotus blooming in the lake. This has been build in the lake situated in the middle of the hills. Vidhan Sabha Bhawan is one of the attracting place of the pink city. Built in the time period of seven years this was devoted to the nation by the President K.R. Narayanan. The pink city is very beautiful place in the hills of Aravali to visit. |
